Hands-on mentorship for aspiring operators who have completed some foundational steps but need support putting the remaining pieces together.

Depending on individual needs, mentorship may include selected learning videos, templates/checklists, property and landlord guidance, zoning research guidance, insurance readiness, outreach/referral development, pitch practice, networking preparation, open-house planning, tracking systems, and launch preparation.
